What dishes are on the buffet during the week and on the weekend?

They have a variety of foods on buffet. Always tikka masala...or at least when I've been there.

What hours are you open on Mondays? My husband and I are hoping we can come for an early dinner about 4:15 p.m. Will this work?

Sahib is closed from 3pm to 5pm while they change over from the lunch buffet to the dinner session.

On the menu what is included in a "specialty"? For example, what would I get with the tikka masala specialty? Sides, bread, etc.

I believe only the entree and rice. We always get the naan and sides separate.
