Sahib in Johnson City

I always enjoyed a trip to Sahib! The feta naan is delicious, as is the chili chicken. I like how you can customize the heat on any dish. Wish the buffet would be offered a little later (when all this blows over)!

Nice, friendly, romantic atmosphere. My husband and I had a great time on Valentine's Day at Sahib's. This was our first visit. As we walked inside we the restaurant was filled with Valentine's decor. We were quickly seated and a candle was lit for our table. We ordered the chilli chicken and a salmon dinner. Both were amazing. Staff were very professional and kind. This place is truly a hidden gem in Johnson City.

We live outside Johnson City and eat out regularly but not frequently. We have been Sahib fans for almost ten years. The food is always delicious and I enjoy the variety of dishes they prepare. My wife is addicted to their korma. We have been trying to support during the covid-19 crisis by getting takeout a couple of times. Worth driving into town to make sure our favorite restaurant is there when this is all over.

Small Indian restaurant with a handy drive through! The service was on point and friendly. However, the entree and naan stuffed with cheese bread was too salty. If in the area sometime in the future, will try one more time but with a different order - for now, three stars for food.

This place is simply fantastic. Your first time, I would recommend the lunch buffet. Lots of delicious options (and the saag paneer is always delicious)

Went for lunch and tried the buffet to get some different flavors in one go. Me and my date loved the selection. Can't remember the name of the yellow curry but that was oh so good along with the tikka. Definitely go try it out if your in the mood for some curry!

Love this place! I've been in several Indian restaurants and this is the BEST! If I could give it 6 stars I would!Staff very friendly and helpful, food absolutely delicious! Some spicy foods, lots of mildly spicy foods to choose from. Rice pudding to die for! Highly recommended!

Got take out food from here during quarantine and it was excellent! We’ll definitely be back to dine-in.

Top quality Indian fare with a delicious and affordable lunch buffet!

I went here with my cousin and a friend of mine today around 11. I walked in and instantly I loved the ambiance...the smells and sounds that wafted through the air were excellent, and the bright and vibrant colors of the bar struck me as beautiful. We waited for about 30 seconds - at most - until we were seated at the area for the buffet. I haven't really tried Indian food before, but this place was quite the pleasant experience! We grabbed our plates and stacked them full of all of the food. A few of the dishes I didn't like out of personal taste, but for the most part, the food was delicious. I enjoyed this restaurant thoroughly.

This is probably the best place I'm Johnson City to eat food I've seen so far. Their Curry is amazing! And the service is great. Will definitely be returning!

Not only was the food awesome, the customer service was great too. They’re always so nice! I got the tikka misala and it was amazing. The chicken pieces inside were very fresh.

Great food just not enough things I liked personally. The price is great and the Greek salad was awesome. Very very nice staff. Very attentive and caring. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Lamb Biryani is authentic and amazing! Loved it.

As a vegan it can be quite challenging to find food to eat around here but this is one of our go to places! The food always taste amazing and the staff is also quite friendly. However, I have noticed that if you sit outside, than you won’t get as good of service (people forgetting about you). I still highly recommend eating here though if you want to try some amazing Indian dishes!

I have eaten at Sahib many times and never had a bad experience. Dine in service has always been good, and the buffet is always a real treat to try several different dishes at once. More recently I have used the take out service and found it to be reliable with good portion size and always packaged well. I can highly recommend Sahib for wonderful Indian dishes.

Amazing and affordable lunch buffet and a surprisingly romantic atmosphere for date in the evening. The employees are always friendly and they always make an off menu item for.me when i ask for it (their potatoes from the lunch buffet, I don't think they have a name but they are literally my favorite food now)

There was grease on the floor and I hit my head and split it open. Had to get 15 stitches. The business would not pay for my hospital bill. On top of that the food was overpriced and burnt. When I asked for a different order the owner yelled profanities at me while my six year old brother was next to me. Awful. Horrible.

Delicious just get water the sodas tend to be a bit weak and the water is refreshing. Get garlic nahn it's well worth it. Personally love the chicken curry the mild version is quite spicy and tastes amazing. Interesting atmosphere that I imagine would be great for a date.

Really really loved the food. Great service & prices. Only thing I wish was better was the atmosphere - we sat next to the table where the owners and their 3 kids were. The adults at the table were on the phone facetiming, and the 3 boys were on the phone playing a game and basically standing at our table. This made it a bit difficult to have a romantic evening and conversation. If that wasn’t an issue, would definitely have received 5 stars!!

This is my absolute favorite take out! I eat here atleast once a week! You guys make such delicious and it is CONSISTENT every single time! You are a gem in the tri-cities!

Everything is fantastic! Delicious authentic indian dinning and perfect friendly service every time. One of my top restaurants to visit. They are also taking the up most precautions moving forward with the current Covid-19 pandemic. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The atmosphere is wonderful and the dining area was clean and tastefully decorated. The waitress that I had was amazing! I had not had Indian food before and she made amazing recommendations based off my personal likes. The service was quick but not pushy. The food was amazing! Flavor was full but not overbearing, presentation was appealing, and portion sizes were very substantial. The cost is a little pricey, however for what you get, it's worth it! I will definitely be going back and will be recommending Sahib to others!!

Nasty and unhygienic! The food made me sick and I was treated terribly. Very disappointed overall. Expected better.
